Resposibilities include:- Input supplier invoices, staff expenses and bank payments onto accounting system.Ensure correct authorisation of all purchase transaction, including petty cash.Produce reports as required including monthly aged creditors and quarterly turnover.Ensure accurate and accessible filing system is maintainedReconcile all supplier statements.Ensure invoices paid according to contractual terms.Assist with internal audit.Liaise with suppliers as required.
