I am currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a market leading company based in Gerrards Cross. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the purchase ledger, inventory management and assisting with month end procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Purchase Ledger - matching and coding invoices, reconciliations of vendor statements, BACS and CHAPs payments
  • Inventory management - receiving cost information, creating orders using internal data
  • Processing of customer invoices
  • Bank reconciliations of ledgers to daily statements
  • Work with sales team on all customer pricing and costs
  • Complete accruals and pre-payments
  • Processing payment of staff expenses claims
  • Assist with intercompany accounts

Key Requirements

  • Microsoft excel at intermediate level
  • Previous SAP experience is highly desirable
