Credit Control - Dereham - Permanent

Your new company
Our innovative, exclusive client based in Dereham are looking to increase the size of their credit control team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Primarily responsible for the control and management of the accounts receivable ledger, duties include:
Working with customers concerning all aspects of credit control, including both cash collection to deadline and timely dealing with queries.
Cash posting and allocation.
Resolving of invoice and account queries from both customers and the wider business.
Handling debit note returns, credit notes and journals.
Opening new accounts, performing credit searches and due diligence as appropriate.
Statement reconciliations.
Support in constant review, challenge and improvement of credit control processes and systems.
Banking and cash management.
Ad-hoc accounts analysis.
Supporting the overall finance function as a business partner of the wider business.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous credit control experience within a corporate environment
Confident and professional telephone manner
Interest in process improvement
