Corporate Finance M&A Director

PS Resourcing is acting on behalf of a market leading M&A Advisory firm in Birmingham that focuses on deals in the £50 million to £400 million bracket with a client base that includes entrepreneurs, private equity funds and large corporates both regionally and internationally.

Following a period of sustained success, where in 2016 the team completed 9 headline deals, this Partner led practice is looking to hire a market facing advisory Director who has the ability to originate and lead on client engagements as well as being the figure head for the wider regional M&A team.

The opportunity carries a promotion path to Partner and as such candidates need to demonstrate previous and in-depth corporate finance experience gained in an accountancy firm, bank or boutique, a track record of deal completions ranging from mid market PE to large corporates, first class business development, client handling and negotiation skills as well as the confidence and self belief that is required on a day to day basis in the advisory sector.
