Financial Controller

Our client is an established market leader providing a wide range of products and services across the UK, attracting new customers and ensuring continued and repeat customer satisfaction.

An opportunity to join this exciting business is now available for an operational and commercially focused Financial Controller. This integral position will be responsible for the finance function and the ownership and responsibility of the company's day to day operational requirements.

This role will suit a qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) professional who has gained a broad level of commercial and technical accounting experience including cash flow management, credit control, cash flow management, banking and reconciliation. Management accounting experience is also required to high level, including budgeting and forecasting. Experience of setting up new accounting processes and procedures will also be an advantage.

As well as the finance element of the role, you will also be required to provide assistance in non finance areas of the operation. This includes business development, company insurers and documenting contractual relationships

This is an all encompassing Senior Finance role that requires a hands on individual with the ability to contribute from the start. This position will suit an individual seeking a lead finance and operational role within a fast paced environment. Due to the level and number of non finance focuses, strong communication skills at all levels is essential.
