Management Accountant

New opportunity has arisen for a management accountant to join a well-established organisation within the property industry. With an annual turnover of over £220 million, this is a great opportunity to be part of a successful organisation with potential of career progression.

Overall you will be responsible for the preparation of the company's management accounts. Other key duties will involve dealing with accruals/prepayments, forecasting and budgeting of rent, rates and property cash flow forecasting. It would be extremely beneficial if candidates had multi-site experience as this is a key aspect of the role.

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) accountant who has previous property experience who is looking to take the next step in their career. On the other hand a newly qualified candidate from practice which has had exposure to property clients within their experience would also be considered for the role.

It is key that you have strong Excel skills including Pivot tables, excellent communication and an ambitious attitude.
