A private equity education group is seeking to recruit a contract FP&A Analyst in their Global group finance team in West London. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for performing the financial and business analysis for the group across UK, Europe, Africa and Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production of insightful financial analysis on the financial performance of the Group and business units - identifying performance improvements where possible
  • Support production of robust and accurate Group-wide financial plans, forecasts and analysis using insightful supporting commentary
  • Preparation of templates, analysis, presentations and briefing materials that facilitate robust review and challenge of business unit/segment performance
  • Preparation of templates for (and tracking of) weekly student enrolment (KPIs)
  • Contribute to effective and efficient group-wide planning and performance processes, with continuous improvements
  • Builds strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding requirements and appreciating multiple perspectives, and develops appropriate interventions to deliver a quality service to customers
  • Coordination and analysis of each planning cycle (budgets, monthly forecasts, 3YP)
  • Preparing and providing analytical support for Board meetings and business reviews
  • Capital spend analysis, allocation and tracking
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Performing investment appraisal of key projects across the business
  • Internal corporate finance analysis where required
  • Business partnering and supporting the Finance teams of the BU's
  • Supporting the leaders in a commercial finance capacity

About You:

  • FP&A Analyst experience in a global/multi country role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Business partnering experience
