A Finance Business Partner position within a worldwide organisation has become available for a Qualified ACA or CIMA Commercial Finance Professional with 3 years Post Qualified Experience. You will be situated within the UK head office that offers support to the worldwide operation. Reporting to the European Finance Director and offering support and guidance to other key figures within the organisation.

Your new role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible to contribute to key business decisions made by directors within the division. You will be providing them with financial and commercial insight to ensure profitability and efficiency.

The Finance Business Partner will act as support to deliver profit through strategic pricing strategies that will recover costs and ensure that all functions are adding value to the business. This will involve challenging other department heads such as Supply Chain Finance, Operations and procurement to ensure all costs are justified.

The Finance Business Partner will also provide a clear forecasts on yearly, quarterly and monthly performance and analysing actual vs budgets on a monthly basis. You then the create a report that offers management a view of how the business is performing and how to drive any further productivity that can be done.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this Finance Business Partner role you must be a Qualified ACA or CIMA accountant with ideally 3 years post qualified experience. SAP experience is essential to this role as you will be use this daily. Experience in a FMCG business is desirable and experience in business partnering is preferred.
