A listed, market leading FMCG business is looking to appoint a part-qualified or recently qualified accountant to join its commercial finance team as a Commercial Accountant.
Currently turning over c.£500m, the business is a very recognisable brand and has been extremely successful with lots of interesting activity from a finance perspective. This will a pivotal role in providing critical group level business intelligence for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board; enabling the business to operate efficiently and aid the decision making process.
Key duties will include;
- Assist in the Group Commercial reporting.
- Business Partner the Executive Leadership Team and Senior Management aiding the decision making process and the ability to drive efficiencies throughout the business.
- Assist in the accurate co-ordination of the Group Commercial Budget and Forecast process.
- Provide finance support to Group Finance, other functions and processes.
- Continuous improvement and the standardisation of commercial finance processes.
- Manage expectations of key stakeholders
