A renowned firm of Chartered Accountants based in East London are recruiting for an ambitious Audit Senior.

Salary: Up to £42,000 + benefits

My client is a well-respected Chartered Accountancy firm in East London looking to take on an ambitious Audit Senior to aid with client growth. They provide advice and first class services to businesses and personal clients alike. As well as traditional auditing, accounting and tax services, this firm also provides advice for business to improve and develop. They service clients across a range of industries including Professional Services, Education, Property & Construction and the Services Sector. As an Audit Senior you will be planning, leading and completing audit assignments for a varied portfolio of clients. You will be a major point of contact for your clients and will be encouraged to build close relationships with your clients, offering them advice and solutions that may arise from the year end audit. in addition, you will have an involvement with accounting and also any special projects required by your clients such as due diligence, business restructuring and possible even work relating to an IPO.

Candidates will have previous experience of working in a medium sized Practice, and must be fully qualified- either ACA or ACCA. You should be fluent with accounting software such as Sage and Quickbooks, and will need a full UK driving licence and access to your own car for client visits. You should have strong client facing skills and be experienced of supervising junior members of staff. Finally the ability to work to deadlines is highly desirable.
