Commercial Finance Manager

My client is a large company based in Leicestershire that is looking for a commercial finance manager to step up to the plate in a fast paced organisation where every day brings fresh new challenges and variety.

The role itself will have you managing a team of 5 made up of management accountants and analysts. You will review and approve management accounts; ensuring reporting is accurate, understood and transparent. You will provide clear explanations of KPIs to senior management. This business is always looking at the profitability of contract and need someone who can identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner. You will liaise with non finance departments on a regular basis, preparing, reviewing and challenging annual budgets and producing KPIs. The business partnering aspect will have you in meetings to discuss the business and performance during an exciting time of real growth. The team itself is a string, busy group and you will monitor performance and their own development, setting goals and objectives.

The successful person will be someone who goes the extra mile to meet expectations and can demonstrate a strong service mentality who can build strong working relationships, being able to network extensively both internally and externally. You will have a positive attitude and be a role model to others showing hard work and integrity along the way.

Ideally my client is looking for someone who is qualified but also happy to look at those that are part qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)

The salary for this role is £45-50k with some great additional benefits included.
