The Finance Manager is responsible for :
- Line management of the finance team as a whole
- Development & Implementation of financial and administrative policies and procedures
- Preparation of all statutory, tax & legal returns
- Publishing of board and monthly management accounts
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Ensure all processed transactions comply with company policies
- Ensure completeness of all accounts.
- Proactive approach to reviewing major financial assumptions of company
- Monthly meetings with department heads to discuss budget performance.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure payments are made within agreed contractual terms
- Champion innovation and efficiency in all areas within the finance department.
- Contribute to the advancement of the business through as being an active member of the executive team.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Managing Director.
