Tech Chief Financial Officer (PE backed)

A private-equity backed, technology business are looking for a commercially ambitious Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and PE backers to identify and deliver significant growth opportunities. Our client is a leader within their industry and is looking for a CFO that can assist in their intended development, driving the high performance finance team and supporting the overall operations of the company.

The business has a strong commercial drive and prioritises providing quality service and management with a focus on aggressive growth and constant improvement. The successful CFO will be a qualified accountant who has successfully managed a high performing finance team within a fast moving buy and build environment. Our client will only consider candidates with previous experience of growing a PE backed or highly leveraged business and maintains the ability to engage and influence all levels of management with cogent advice.
