My client, a large Listed Manufacturing Group is looking to hire an Interim CFO for one of its autonomous business units based in Milan, Italy. This will be a minimum 6 month assignment but likely to be longer.
The CFO will act as a strategic business partner to the Divisional MD and will be responsible for re-shaping the finance function through the strengthening of controls, process and systems.
This requires an experienced CFO who has a track record of enhancing finance functions in mid sized businesses with revenues from £50 - £200 million. The business unit has full P&L ownership so end-to-end finance experience is essential, from transactional finance through to strategic decision support.
Manufacturing sector experience is essential, with a strong preference for Industrial Manufacturing. Business fluency in Italian is a must.
