FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager required for a FTSE 100 organisation based in Maidenhead.

This brilliant opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated individual keen to develop a clear understanding of a growing business in order to translate operational drivers into accurate accounts and reports. You will be managing multiple tasks and delivering high standards of work to tight deadlines in a dynamic and fast moving environment.

Within this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing a team and their capabilities for key financial forecasting, performance reporting and analysis
• Getting to know the business area supported, enabling a credible platform to provide high quality insight
• Supporting Transformation activities through design and delivery of changes to forecasting/reporting methodologies
• Delivering an accurate, efficient and transparent forecast meeting finance and business stakeholder requirements
• Developing a detailed understanding of the key inputs into the forecast process
• Producing insightful reporting and supporting analysis
• Business Partnering Finance Partners, FP&A BU teams and FC to align on key variances, core performance metrics and planning assumptions

The ideal candidate for this role is an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant. Experience of FP&A within a large, complex organisation and building financial models to create robust forecasting/ budgeting is necessary. You must have excellent communication skills as you will be responsible for engaging with relevant stakeholders and leading through a period of change.
