Finance Business Partner

My global manufacturing client is in need of a Business Partner to join a well established team in the Wigan area. They are a well known business with sites in the US, Asia and Europe and have rapidly increased their profit in the last 5 years. Due to some restructuring they are now looking for a passionate and driven Business Partner to join the company and help them continue to grow and progress.

As the Business Partner you will be confident in detailed analysis of global group accounts including loss, risk, inefficiencies, manufacturing variances, standard costings, product variances and trends.

You will meet with non financial ops managers to work out where the business can be improving, analyse product trends, review product costings and look in detail at the manufacturing process. You will be a key player in driving performance, ensuring the business is constantly progressing and any potential problems are identified and fixed efficiently. Your analysis of accounts will contribute to the business in a wider aspect and be used at a senior level to drive and improve business performance.

You will initially be in charge of the UK, which will include occasional travel. This role will also develop into a global role as you progress within an ever growing business.

To be considered for this role you will be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
