Financial Analyst

The role requires the accurate and timely production, analysis and reporting across the areas of responsibility within the role, great customer service and positive contributions to the team objectives.

Further responsibilities include:
• Supplier Arrangement Fees: Responsible for monthly accruals and reporting, budgeting and forecasting the Supplier arrangement fees using the appropriate assumptions. Building and maintaining relationships with Supply Chain teams (UK & Europe) to understand the purchasing patterns and their impact on the actual position. 
• To provide meaningful variance analysis for multiple cost centres; work closely with People and Leadership and the Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure the most accurate assumptions are used to calculate the salary related costs for the budget and forecast figures.
• Responsible for collating and posting accrual journals for the monthly intercompany recharges.
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet and associated reconciliations.
• Monthly KPI reporting & develop dashboard.
• Ad hoc analysis required by stakeholders.

• The ideal candidate for this role must have:
• AAT qualified or ACCA or CIMA part qualified
• Oracle or similar systems with integrated modules
• Strong financial accounting background with experience in internal control requirements
• UK GAAP
• Good Excel and Word skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills
