Investigo are delighted to be supporting a large Milton Keynes based Property business with their recruitment of a Regional Finance Manager, on a permanent basis.
The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Regional Finance Director in providing financial and commercial analysis, to ensure that the region is able to progress towards achieving it's objectives. They will manage the production of regional management accounts, forecasts and plans to ensure all regional deadlines are met. The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for managing a small team of accounting staff.
The successful Candidate will be a Professionally Qualified individual with a strong management accounting and analytical experience. They will be a hands on team player, who has experience of managing and developing a team. Any experience within Property, Construction or Facilities Management industries would be advantageous.
Our Client is offering a salary of £45,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits.
