Service Charge Analyst - £16k - Norwich City Centre - Permanent
Your new company
Our client based in Norwich City Centre who operate within the property industry are looking for a Service Charge Analyst to join their large finance function. The perfect opportunity for a candidate looking for their first step into finance!
Your new role
Produce an expenditure schedule reconciling the General Ledger to the Property Recoverable Expenditure List and include back up for all accruals, prepayments and transfers.
Liaise with the Facility/Centre Manager and Surveyor to agree an accurate account of the service charge spend.
Produce an income schedule reconciling the General Ledger to the Expense Recovery Balancing Calculation.
Agree an accurate account of the service charge income demanded.
Liaise directly with the Surveyor to prepare the tenancy apportionment schedule including dates of occupancy.
Produce full service charge General Ledger reconciliation in the agreed format.
When the Service charge is complete and authorised:
Raise balancing charges.
Submit to Accounts Manager for internal audit review and action any review points.
Produce annual service charge budgets.
