B2B Finance Analyst - Uxbridge - £45- 50k + Benefits

Our client is a global corporation who, as a result of continued EMEA growth, have enlisted Wade Macdonald to assist them in sourcing a high calibre, forward thinking B2B Senior Financial Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Reporting Analysis you will be responsible for driving intelligent business decisions through sales planning and budgeting. You'll be in charge of designing, implementing and delivering new B2B reporting incorporating new customer and product reporting analysing. You will ensure a high quality of the reporting & analysis including written commentary with clear understanding of the business dynamics. The Senior Finance Analyst will coordinate the B2B budget and Mid Term Plan process and will act as deputy for European Reporting & Analysis Manager B2B.

Key responsibilities
*Coordination of B2B process for budgets & forecasts and ensure timely delivery
*To act as deputy for European Reporting & Analysis Manager
*Key contact role for B2B Business Controllers to ensure the timely availability of adequate reporting by business pocket
*Provide ad-hoc reporting & analysis service to B2B management
*Key B2B contact role for IT projects
*Understand Oracle and legacy systems usage peculiarities to aid pan-European reporting decision making
*Develop and maintain a consistent system of reporting definitions and calculation methods

The ideal candidate will have
*Proven experience in reporting & analysis role in a large international company
*Enjoys reporting and the alignment with business in complex environment
*Good command of spoken and written English
*Completed CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification with extensive post-qualification experience
*Very good numeracy skills
*Good knowledge of reporting data bases preferably Hyperion
*Communication - Ability to clearly communicate, present & deliver information at all levels and ability to converse within multicultural & international environment
*Good planning and organisational skills
*Flexible team player
*Concern for accuracy and effectiveness
