Finance Business Partner

A leading global Property advisory firm based in London are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to support the specific Business unit Director (non Finance). The role will be responsible for being the 'face of finance' and will need to work with the business to produce enhanced reports to drive the business results and to provide a 'value-add' service.

A typical month looks like...

• Working closely with the SSC who do the posting, ensuring accuracy in the numbers across each client account.
• Own the P&L numbers and identify and calculate any accruals
• Analyse the movements against budget
• Meet with the different Business Unit Directors to explain the reasons for the variance (includes adhoc analysis)
• Understanding any additional needs / reports for the Business unit Directors to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively
• Streamline processes
• Spend a large mount of time understanding each business and working with the team to produce an accurate forecast for the business.
• Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will need to be fully qualified (ACA, ACMA or equivalent) and have PQE experience. Due to the non finance interaction, experience in this area will be highly beneficial and overall communication needs to be excellent.
