Finance Business Partner

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to support a large business based in Marston Green. Supporting a number of internal stakeholders, this roles main duties will include:

• Supporting a range of internal stakeholders by business partnering with them to offer information to support commercial decision making
• Help instill contract profitability through effective analysis and business partnering
• Building a bridge between finance and operations and improve the flow of reporting and information
• Creation and development of pricing and commercial analysis models
• Support relationships with suppliers with relevant management information
• Creation of budgets and forecasts
• Implementation of new processes
• Take ownership of projects as they arise

This role will suit a qualified ACA/CIMA or ACCA qualified candidate with a strong business partnering background. The company themselves have an excellent track record for progressing staff and you will be joining a tight knit and organised team as the Finance Business Partner. Despite this, you will be dealing with busy stakeholders and need the personality to manage personalities of directors who are time pressed.
