Financial Director

Financial Director £70,000 to £90,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing media agency with offices in the UK and overseas. They are seeking to recruit an FD to head of the centralised finance function in London, and work with the senior leadership team managing the day-to-day finance function, and providing input into expansion plans both organically and via acquisition.

Your duties shall include;

• Full management of all financial aspects of the business including internal and external reporting, financial management of all subsidiaries and cash management
• Assisting the business strategy, planning, budgeting and reforecasting
• Provide support on growth organically into new territories
• Managing and negotiating with clients and suppliers
• Management of finance team, and involvement in restructuring department
• Responsible for all aspects of Tax and compliance
• Management of cash flow - and providing real time data to senior management
• Ensuring billing and expenses are managed efficiently by team
• Improvement of processes and enhancing reporting for senior management team

This is a great opportunity for an experienced SME financial controller/director with a media/advertising background to join an exciting agency.

To be considered for this role you shall be;

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Have experience within an SME Agency Environment
• Strong WIP and Cash flow management
• Experience of looking after international entities
• Experience of due diligence on acquisitions ideally/organic expansion
