The Role

My Client, an instantly recognisable company based in Llanelli is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant to join their well-established financial team. Due to an internal move, this vacancy is a great opportunity for someone looking to become fully involved in the financial accounts of the team on a 2 month temporary basis whilst the client recruits permanent.

Key Responsibilities

*Maintain all ledgers associated with Indirect Tax

*Interaction with Senior Stakeholder's to ensure controls of indirect tax are working efficiently

*Take control of VAT reviews across all areas of the business.

* Partial Exemption

* Capital Goods Scheme

*EC Sales Lists

*Control compliance for HMRC and ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.

*Report into the Finance Manager for the SAP implementation.

*Provide support from an Indirect Tax perspective to the finance team.

Your Profile

*Extensive knowledge of VAT

*Part Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA or AAT.

*Excellent Communication and and ability to prioritise.

*Strong system skills including EXCEL, SAP desirable.

Salary & Benefits

£20.00 - £25.00 per hour
