Financial Accountant Manager

Our client is a Peterborough-based and large charity with a nationwide profile. This role is initially being offered on a 2-3 month interim basis to support during their busy year-end process and immediate availability is essential.
Reporting into the Senior Financial Operations Manager, you will lead a team of 5 in planning and preparing their annual and statutory accounts. You will support their reconciliation process and take the lead on their balance sheet reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working within charities and reporting to SORP standards but candidates with different sector background will also be considered. A close attention to detail and the ability to work to strict reporting deadlines is essential. Potential for an immediate start.
