Financial Controller

Axon Moore are working in partnership with our client to help them recruit a Financial Controller. Our client is a successful SME who manufacture for a highly diverse client base and who are part of a large well-funded group.

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will be responsible for:

• Management and ongoing development of a small finance and IT team
• Production of accurate and timely monthly financial / management reporting
• Budgeting / forecasting and production of revised rolling forecasts
• Uploading of monthly numbers to group via Hyperion
• Management of cash-flow
• Liaison with external advisers, bankers and auditors
• Production of MI and working with non-finance colleagues to aid business performance
• Responsibility for the standard costing system and for data accuracy within the ERP system

Required Experience & Skills:

• Currently working at FC / FM level and can demonstrate a good track record of developing teams
• Must be fully qualified – CIMA / ACA / ACCA
• Must have experience of manufacturing, costing and ERP systems
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong IT skills, with a high level of Excel proficiency

The role is easily commutable from the Huddersfield / Bradford / Halifax / Dewsbury areas.

My client is keen to move quickly to interview and will offer a package of £45-50,000 plus bonus and pension.
