This market leading organisation is a service provider, which is currently expanding to work with businesses across the country, due to changes within their industry.

Your new role

Within this job, you will be supervising 11 direct reports and manage the overall performance and development of the collections team. Your key responsibilities will include managing the delivery of the debt collection functions for the business as well as incorporating change and streamlining processes to provide excellent customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring the timely collection of debt. You will make sure that service and financial targets are met and provide weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.

What you'll need to succeed

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has experience in and enjoys managing a team. You will need to be able to demonstrate strong experience within a debt collection function and be process driven to develop and influence change. In addition to this you will be a great motivator for members of your team and be an effective trainer and coach to maximise your team's performance.
