Finance Manager

As an independent and dynamic Business Consultancy, this expanding SME has developed an enviable reputation for supporting procurement and supply chain operations across several niche Healthcare sectors. With a commitment to delivering cost benefits in organisational spend to a broad client base, the group has ambitious growth plans, and is currently seeking a qualified accountant to undertake a 3 to 6-month assignment in driving a portfolio of internal Finance projects. Supporting the Managing Director, your brief includes:

•Development & instigation of Key Performance Indicators to track & measure business performance
•Review & development of costing methodologies to ensure competitive pricing & revenue maximisation
•Identifying key consulting metrics to deliver accurate & information management information
•Reviewing existing accounting system to ensure full & efficient utilisation
•On-going implementation & streamlining of financial policies, processes & controls

As a qualified accountant with previous experience of finance project management, gained within an SME business environment, you will demonstrate a track record of implementing new processes and efficiencies, evidence of developing a suite of management reports to support decision making and a history of adding value by positively impacting on pricing, revenue generation and profitability. The role demands an energetic, proactive approach, a deadline focus and the gravitas to influence key stakeholders across the business. Immediate start available. The position will also be considered on a part-time basis.
