Head of Commercial Finance

An opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic International Fashion Retail Brand as the Head of Commercial Finance. This is a high profile role that will support the Finance Director and you will have the opportunity to be part of the ongoing growth and development of this truly international brand.

In this position you will be responsible for providing financial support and analysis in all commercial decisions, as well as detailed strategic planning. You will be depended on for financial insight and play a key role in key strategic decisions that will determine the performance of the Group.

Managing a planning and analysis team, this role requires a commercially savvy individual, who is adept in analytical thinking in order to help take the company forward. Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will promote growth, ensure that the team is supporting the expansion of the business. Your role will be focused on the planning and analysis as well as being involved with staff management and gain exposure to wider areas of the business; you will therefore be a strong communicator able to work with non-finance functions.

This is a very successful brand, with ambitious plans to grow over the coming years. The successful candidate will possess strong management skills and have a strong business and commercial awareness. You will ideally be a qualified accountant who can demonstrate excellence in financial performance and ability to look across the entirety of the business to provide systems and processes. Preferably you will come from a Retail or multi-site background.
