Client Biller

I am working with an amazing independent Design agency who are on the hunt for a hardworking and confident Client Biller to work within their finance team! With number of high profile clients and cool offices in London this is an opportunity not to miss out on.

Reporting directly into the Finance Manager, you will be the sole Client Biller as a promotion has happened elsewhere in the finance team. Your responsibilities as a Client Biller will include producing accurate and timely billing, raising invoices, ensuring all information is correct dealing with VAT and chasing purchase order numbers. Other duties will include client facing by dealing directly with designers to ensure all information is up to date, handling fee proposals and be able to put processes and procedures in place. This is an great opportunity to be a part of a vibrant and social finance team that will help add value to their business. 

The ideal candidate for this Client Biller position will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and be represent the business dealing with high end clients. You will need to have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a billing position. The right candidate will need to have to confident and be able to work under minimal supervision. Paprika experience would be desirable yet not essential.
