PMO Manager

Currently on the lookout for a PMO Manager who will be responsible for executing a range of planning and reporting analysis activities to proactively support effective management and delivery of technology portfolios, finance programmes and projects. You will providing full lifecycle, industry leading PMO capability, adhering to change policies and supporting the create/maintenance of communities or practise.

Role

• You will be required to agree the requirements for PMO services and manage, govern and co-ordinate the delivery of agreed services to technology portfolios, programmes and projects.
• Create communications and stakeholder engagement places. Provide key stakeholders and updates, insights and decision support material.
• Standard guidelines
• Drive planning and decision making process in line with organisational change timelines.
• Provide advice and guidance to drive adoption and adherence to agreed processes and standards
• Identify and implement opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement

Required Skills
* Extensive experience of working as PMO Manager within an enterprise scale environment
* Ability to interact and influence team members and senior stakeholders
* Wide experience of end to end project lifecycles and influence PM teams
* Previously worked within a mixed internal/outsourced model
