A fast growth consultancy business are looking for an Interim Financial Controller on a 6 month contract. This role will play an integral part in implementing processes and controls. You will also be responsible for a small team. For more information, please get in touch.
Financial Reporting
- Prepares monthly management accounts, to include consolidation of monthly accounts from all entities
- Prepares and reviews balance sheet on a monthly basis
- Prepares weekly, monthly and yearly cash flow statements and projections including analysis to support such projections
- Maintains accurate accounting records
- Other ad-hoc reporting
Operations
- Manages and leads a finance team of two
- Develops and implements operational best practices
- Ensures compliance with all tax requirements
- Manages the year-end audit process
- Manages all bank accounts globally
- Approves and manages payments of all suppliers, payroll, and invoicing to clients
- Actively manages net working capital and cash flow position
- Delivers improvements to recently implemented new financial system
