Senior Finance Analyst

Venn Group is currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Finance Analyst from a strong Business Partnering background to join a leading organisation based in Staffordshire.

Your main duties will include:

• Business Partnering and challenging key stakeholders
• Analysing and generating formal reports/presentations for Senior Management
• Interpreting complex financial performance situations and make appropriate recommendations
• Assigning regional FP&A initiatives including business planning, profitability, investment and reporting
• Leading the goal setting for an assigned regional area
• Supporting the central forecasting process
• Developing a formal business plan for an assigned regional area

To apply for this role the successful candidate must:

• Be a qualified Chartered Accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Possess leadership qualities and communicate effectively
• Have experience in a business facing role in a large organisation
• Possess strong networking skills in addition to understanding complex financial situations and reporting it to non finance individuals
