Collections Supervisor - £28,000 to £32,000 plus excellent benefits

A well-known Finance Services company is currently looking for a Collections Supervisor to join its rapidly-growing Finance department. This company is known for its excellent benefits and its employee satisfaction and employee growth opportunities.

Your new role
In your new role you will manage a team of 2 team leaders and up to 20 employees beneath them. You will strive to achieve and excel with daily and monthly collection targets whilst performing continuous staff performance reviews. As part of this you will ensure team SLA's and KPI's are constantly achieved and improve upon team and individual performances when necessary.

You will support the collections manager when required, working closely with their partners on any issues or queries such as contracts management. Along side this, you will proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively. You will adhere to fraud prevention criteria at all times and ensure regulatory knowledge within the team is adhered to at all times. You will also work support and encourage effective cross training of all direct reports and manage effective relationships with external customers.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need previous experience within a Credit Control or Collections department and have strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising a large team. You will have a strong understanding of processes and hold excellent communicative skills working within team and with external clients. As part of this role, you will have experience in hitting team KPI's and SLA's. Financial services experience is desired, however this is not essential to your success.
