Head of Finance

A leader within their niche sector, our client are a high profile, well-known UK retailer. With substantial year on year growth, they are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to act as a business partner, identifying and advising the board regarding future opportunities.

They have seen a significant expansion across the UK and internationally. The successful candidate for this position will have previously been a Head of Finance, or has extensive experience as a Financial Controller within a retail or wholesale business. Due to the fast-pace and growth of this company, it is essential you have previously managed a full finance function. From analysing and forecasting cash flow, monthly P&L, statutory accounting, business planning & the control of stock, you will need to be familiar with overseeing the day to day operations within finance.

Team management and development are another integral function. You will have previously managed a team, assessing and implementing the appropriate changes to ensure the finance function is focussed and developing alongside the growth of the company. As a leader within the business, you will be expected to work effectively and inspire others in a fast paced and challenging environment.

Please note for this role only qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with relevant industry experience will be considered.
