Fund Accountant

My Client is one of the world’s leading real estate investment managers with a global portfolio.  They require a Fund Accountant who will take ownership of a newly raised debt investment fund that is actively investing as well as two further funds.

The major responsibilities of the role will be:

• Manage the accounting, consolidation and reporting process for the debt funds.
• Oversea the audit and tax compliance processes
• Liaise with internal specialists to draft recommendations with respects to borrower requests/ issues
• Manage the loan asset management of the loans within the fund
• Assist with the implementation of best practices

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA preferred) with strong technical accounting experience and a candidate that has audited real estate funds.
