Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a leading organisation based in Sutton Coldfield. The role is being recruited on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your main duties will include:
- Analysing large volumes of data and developing high quality reports
- Manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
- Reviewing absence trends
- Identifying and investigating and resolving any anomalies in absence data
- Supporting Commercial Controller with cost down reporting
To apply for this role the successful candidate must:
- Be a process driven individual with experience in dealing with large volumes of data on Excel
- Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with senior staff and departments
- Have the confidence to manipulate data and be highly analytical
- Be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative
