Senior Finance Business Partner/FP&A Manager - EMEA

As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” investor services to an international client portfolio. A high profile and complex EMEA transformation programme and integration project, following a merger of two large businesses, has created a 6 month+ assignment for an EMEA Senior Finance Business Partner/FP&A Manager to deliver & lead the EMEA Forecasting & Planning reporting & analysis cycle and drive a full MI understanding. Reporting to the Director Financial Planning & Analysis, your brief includes

•Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the Forecasting and Planning cycle for EMEA across all aspects of the business
•Continue orchestrate FP&A and manage processes into 2017 for the forecast and planning cycle, whilst working closely with a new BPO Finance Shared Service FSSC, that is being transitioned into providing FP&A reporting & support
•Supporting the Executive team on board presentations & analysis
•Preparation of EMEA FP&A MI/BI Slide decks for key meetings including Annual Budget & forecast
•Preparation of adhoc/non-BAU analysis & presentations to support EMEA monthly business reviews
•Detailed modelling for target setting during Forecast & AOP cycles
•Communication with EMEA countries & monitoring to ensure agreed targets are loaded into HFM & Essbase
•Ad hoc data modelling & analysis as required, including dealing with queries from EMEA Country CFOs'
•Data validation & analytics during Recast, AOP and Forecast

As a qualified accountant and Senior Finance Business Partner/FP&A Manager with a strong track record in EMEA or international Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leadership and stakeholder partnering, gained within a large international business environment, you will demonstrate exposure to a BPO or Retained Finance Shared service, a strong commercial focus, the ability to see the “bigger picture” and the confidence in business partnering senior management & Executive teams. The role demands strong financial modelling, Essbase/HFM skills, a proactive, energetic approach and the ability to motivate and influence individuals across the group. Immediate start.
