FP&A Financial Analyst - EMEA

As a global leader within the Property Services sector, this established group provides market leading, end-to-end solutions and “best in class” investor services to an international client portfolio. As part of a recent merger and business finance restructure & transformation, the EMEA HO function has created a 3-6++ month assignment for a qualified accountant with strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) skills and hands on Hyperion/HFM and Excel experience, to undertake an FP&A Project Analyst role supporting a significant Pan-European transformation project. Based at the EMEA Head Office, your brief includes:

•Calculation of bonuses for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Forecast to tie in with EMEA HR & USA HQ planning
•Finance Lead on Bonus related communications & MI/BI presentation preparation
•Prepare monthly bonus calculations & HFM topside journal preparation
•Ensuring compliance with bonus policy in actuals & forecasts
•Lead & govern the Discretionary & Profit Share bonus amounts booked across EMEA to ensure alignment with US HQ expectations
•Data validation & analytics during recast, AOP, Forecast (Bonus FP&A)

As a qualified accountant, you will have a track record in EMEA or international FP&A financial planning and analysis, hands on Hyperion/HFM and/or Essbase and strong Excel skills, gained within a Big 4, Pan-European, EMEA or Global corporate FP&A environment. The role demands a proactive, self-motivated approach, commercial flair and the ability to build strong senior management business relationships. Immediate start available. Possibility for interim contract extensions into 2017.
