This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation that has a well-established brand and is commercially focused within their sector. This will suit a developing Commercial Analyst or a commercially minded Management Accountant who is looking to move into a strong, dynamic team to further their commercial exposure.
The Commercial Analyst position will be accountable for:
- Production and maintenance of KPI's that will allow you to judge the performance of customers and working with and building relationships with different departments
- Periodic trading analysis highlighting key strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Supporting the sales team in new business tenders, reviews and re-tenders, understanding the needs of the customer and what we can do to win the business
- Production of customer trading packs that provide our customers with detailed analysis of results.
- Business partnering with operations/commercial teams aswel as senior stakeholders
- Detailed margin analysis. Identifying potential areas for margin improvement. & working directly with the sales teams to ensure objectives are achieved
- Calculation of customer rebates and making payments on a timely basis
- Budgeting and forecasting
