The Finance team provides world class decision support driving profitable growth and exceptional shareholder value through its commitment to operational excellence, people development, and innovation. The team provide accurate and timely financial information meeting the company’s regulatory and fiduciary responsibilities with unwavering integrity. In the Finance division, reporting and controlling teams are working on tasks like asset management, financial integration of mergers and acquisitions, as well as US GAAP-reporting. Our objective is to display all business activities in a financially correct and transparent manner

Responsibilities of the Corporate Reporting Finance Master will include:

  • Provides the most complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a unique understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives
  • Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
  • Consults with business leaders to guide and influence long- term and strategic decision-making within the broadest scope.
  • Leads and advises on the most complex business initiatives, typically leading several analysts across multiple areas within finance and across geographies/organizations.
  • Perform validations and analytical tasks to ensure Software close and consolidation is adequately controlled and financial results are complete
  • Leads the top-side journal entry process
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis, as required
  • Provides complex, financial analysis
  • Provides analytic support to team initiatives
  • Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities
  • Identifies issues and proposes solutions
  • Provides mentoring and guidance to analysts
  • Use your strong business drive along with the ability and initiative to identify and develop analytical tools for various areas of the business
  • Strong communication skills are a must as this role will work with various levels of management, both in finance and the business, and must be able to clearly relay results of analytical projects as well as monthly and quarterly results
  • Skills required include strong excel, access, and PowerPoint knowledge with the aptitude to extract information from the existing business systems

Required Education, Experience and Skills include:

· University degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification

· Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst

· Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions

· Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis

· Excellent analytical skills

· Superior business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

· Superior communication and influencing skills

· Superior teamwork skills

· Excellent business acumen

· Excellent project management skills
