Head of FP&A

Key responsibilities will include shaping the FP&A function, ensuring that day to day FP&A activities are delivered, establishing a robust financial plan designed to meet the needs of a growing international business, implementing the required business models, owning and managing the budgeting process including quarterly reforecasting and producing value add analysis, advising the Financial Controller and CFO in regards to maximising business performance, maintaining an awareness across inter company activity and transfer pricing, adopting a genuine business partnering approach to local 'in country' finance teams and building sustainable relationships with operations, mentoring and coaching the head office FP&A team, delivering business cases and undertaking strategic investment driven project work across the piece as required.

The successful applicant will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable FP&A experience generated from within multinational environments. Applicants must be capable of operating at pace whilst displaying credibility and gravitas with senior stakeholders. Strong modelling, business casing and team leadership skills are essential. Previous FMCG, manufacturing or distribution industry sector experience would be advantageous.
