Description:
Our client is a multi-national business looking for an extremely high calibre Corporate Development/M&A VP in their central London Head Office. There are options to progress vertically within the M&A team or within a P&L role at a later date if preferred.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the team and deals from start to finish both on the buy and sell side.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential as you will be negotiating a number of deals at once.
- Give strong strategic input too.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Ex-banker with corporate experience heavily preferred
- Strong decision maker, never give up attitude
- 10 years + experience
- Open to sector background
