My client is a leading organisation well known in the property and construction sector. This is role has just come up and will be taking senior role in the regional office with responsibility for the Management Accountant and reporting into the Finance Director.
Responsibilities
- To support the regional finance director in providing financial and commercial analysis to ensure that the region is able to progress towards achieving its objectives.
- Manage the production of regional management accounts, forecasts and plans to ensure all regional financial deadlines are met.
- Support and liaise with regional and group staff on financial issues.
You will be a qualified or qualified by experience accountant with excellent verbal and written presentation skills. You will also be an advanced user of excel. You should also have recent experience working in the property or construction sector.
