My client, an extremely successful and highly regarded retail company near Crewe has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Financial Controller to join the business.
Reporting to the Finance Director some of the main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and motivate the existing finance team (made up of 15)
- Overseeing and finalising the management accounts pack
- Cash flow analysis and preparation, reporting figures to the FD
- Continuous review of the current systems and processes, streamlining and enhancing where appropriate
- Working closely with the FD in relation to budgeting and forecasting
- Performance reporting
- Development of internal control policies
