Peterborough, Cambridgeshire:- The One Group have been engaged to recruit a Project Accountant, for a large, multi site Peterborough business.
Initially the position is being offered on a 12 month basis, but has a strong chance of being extended/ converted permanent
This position exists to support the team?s projects around providing enhanced Management Information in key reporting areas, stream line current processes, as well support the changes required with the transition to a new financial reporting system.
Key duties include:
-Map the team's processes in its current state and look for improvement opportunities
-Development of key management information reporting
-Develop existing accounting processes and procedural documentation
-Support the development of enhanced MI tools in line with business requirements
-Support the current team deliverables as financial systems transition
Suitable applicants will ideally be Qualified or late stage CIMA/ACCA/ACA studiers and have a proven track record of improving processes.
Strong back ground in management acccounts.
