Senior Commercial Finance Analyst

Senior Commercial Finance Analyst is required for a leading technology organisation based in Wiltshire.

The organisation provides technology solutions to both the public and private sectors. You will be working with the Head of Commercial Finance, to support business units in securing growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and analytical individual to have a real impact and help grow business units within the division. Furthermore, over time you will take on more responsibility ensuring you support the sales teams and the wider business.

Within the role some of your key responsibilities will be:

• Establishing processes to produce accurate financial models for new business opportunities
• Challenging cross functional team members to ensure they are costed correctly
• Articulating to finance and non-finance stakeholders how the financials relate to the solution
• Ad-hoc financial modelling to support bid or other project work
• Supporting monthly forecasting and annual business planning cycles through provision of new business pipeline information

The successful candidate for this role will preferably be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Strong customer service, good commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge, are all desirable traits. Furthermore, excellent communications skills are a must, as are strong Excel skills.
