Transactional Finance Manager

As a Transactional Finance Manager, Your responsibilities will include:

• Full responsibility for the management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and treasury (cash Management) functions of the business.
• Monitor process controls and procedures along with driving process improvements to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Closing of month end and the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
• Review, introduction and enforcement of Finance policies in relation to the AP, AR and cash cycles
• Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitoring of aged items
• Quarterly performance reviews with team members

You will have:

• Extensive experience managing teams across Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and Treasury
• Previous financial control and management experience
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge the status quo
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Driver for change with a focus on efficiency and process improvements
