Corporate Finance Executive

Venture Recruitment Partners is working exclusively with a Leading Accountancy Practice based in Central Reading who are looking to recruit a permanent Corporate Finance Executive. Following a record year the team is growing and they have an excellent pipeline in place for 2017.

With the support of the Corporate Finance Partner and Director the role will be responsible for providing strategic advice on transactions – including commenting and advising on the strategic and commercial issues, as well as identifying specialist requirements (tax, VAT etc).

You will gain great exposure in this role working closely with Business Owners in the SME space, in a company who value their employees and recognise the need for a work-life balance.

There will also be the opportunity to study towards Professional Accredited Qualifications, including the ACA, ACCA or CFQ which the business will support.

The role is based in Central Reading and is paying a starting base salary of up to £26k + benefits.

The successful applicant will be Degree Educated preferably in a Finance related discipline. It is also preferred for individuals to have a working knowledge of corporate finance, transactions or deals. You will be a good communicator with an interest in Corporate Finance and looking to pursue a career in this area.
