Robertson Bell finance are currently recruiting for a large Housing Association in Berkshire. This progressive organisation is looking to recruit a Capital Finance Manager to account for the Groups property stock.
The Capital Finance Manager will lead, manage and coach a team of circa 5 and will mainly be responsible for the following; all capital spend accounting and reporting; provide all the fixed asset involvement into the monthly management accounts, quarterly forecast, annual budget and statutory accounts; assist with the implementation of IFRS for property accounts and reports and you will drive the business partnering with the development and asset management teams.
The successful candidate will be; fully qualified with previous experience of development finance and you will have strong commercial awareness skills; have the ability to communicate effectively and work with a range of different stakeholders; some previous staff management experience; able to initiate, define and project manage system and process changes and up to date knowledge on FRS 102 will be helpful. Candidates from all sectors are highly welcomed, however those with property, construction, housing or related sector experience will be advantageous.
